For the very first time in my life I actually continually jogged/walked/shuffled along for 45 minutes.
I felt like dying, I think at one point I was sweating out my eyes so much they were crying, everything hurt, I could not breath BUT I did it...I made it to the end and was still alive.
I never realised how good it feels to run, it felt wonderful to actually be doing it rather than just saying "I want to run". Seems my personal trainer actually listens to me as I chat away (talk crap) each session- it was thanks to him I was out there today, he ran with me, pushing and encouraging the whole way.
I'm feeling pretty damn proud of myself tonight...and also completely shattered.
Now to keep jogging and turn it into a long, satisfying run!
