Just caught up on your blog. I have put a link up on my fb page Charmaine Char Size from Livestrong.com. You were after new music ideas? It has 20 intense workout songs on it. I havent checked them out yet but im planning to, they also say some we probably have never heard of either lol. I have heaps of stuff on my ipod. I have a running playlist and a gym playlist.
