Some random q&a's

I haven't blogged for a couple of weeks and I have many things to say but searching for the right words and the right starting point is confusing me at the moment.So no better place to start than with a random meme which I found on Lisa's blog which she links back to here.

1. What was the last clothing item that you bought?

 A long, sleeveless sheer shirt from Katies on sale for a massive $20. I was too lazy to try it on and proably should've bought a size smaller, but not to worry :)

2. If you could stay one age forever, what age would you choose? 

I am completely happy not staying one age- I like getting older and learning new things! I'm not ready to stop, in saying that though I'd be happy to go back to being 18 without any responsibility, drinking and partying many nights of the week. 

3. When you say “lol”, are you really laughing? 

Yes! Not necessarily out loud but definitely smiling.

4. What is the most interesting thing you’ve done in the past year? 

Challenging myself to get fit and healthy. I feel proud of the hard work I have put in towards creating a better version of me, its certainly been an interesting journey.

5. If you started a business, what would it be? 

I would sew amazing, cool vintagey inspired outfits for Blythe dolls... hmm I think I need to do something about that actually. 

6. Do your friends/family/coworkers know about your blog?

I believe they do.

7. How long does it take you to write an average blog post?

It can be any length of time, but at the most probably an hour.

8. How do you keep up with the blogs you follow?

I follow blogs through Google Reader, which I have broken up into different categories. I also regularly go through and edit out blogs I haven't looked at/loose interest in looking at, I also follow different blogs on facebook so I have the opportunity to catch their feed and can click through if I find it interesting.

9. What is your bedtime? Is sex always involved?

I get up for work at 2:20am, so my ultimate bedtime is around 7:30pm, but more often than not I turn the light out around 9pm. I'm single so sex is rarely involved at bed time.

10. Introvert or extrovert?
I'm an introvert, I'm actually incredibly shy and hate being in a room full of strangers but I can't stand no one talking so I will also be one of the first people to start conversation if no one else does. I am more than happy to stand by and listen to everyone else.

11. What is your biggest fear?
Moths. I know its completely ridiculous but they scare the beejesus out of me...I think they are going to eat me alive.

12. What is the best job you ever had?
My two summers working at the post office helping to sort the Christmas mail. It was so cruisy and I was paid so well for sticking envelopes in boxes.

13. Dog person/cat person/both/neither?
Dogs, dogs, dogs all the way.

14. If you had $1,000 to spend any way you wanted, what would you do with it?
Pop it into my saving account to be spent in New York in October, I'd be able to upgrade my accommodation, that would be exciting!

15. How do you "dress" your toast?

I love peanut butter and banana or cheese and tomato under the grill.

16. How do you feel about snow?

I have never seen snow, so I don't have any feelings at all towards it.

17. What was the worst job you ever had?

Probably my current one, but thats because I'm desperately unhappy and over it, its actually a pretty good job.

18. What song can you not stop listening to?

I just discovered this one recently and think its beautiful, a cover of Bon Iver's Skinny Love by Birdy...it is gorgeous

19. Love your name or hate it?
I love my name. Growing up I wasn't the biggest fan of my middle name 'Eesti' which is Estonian where my grandfather is from I thought it was weird and would've killed to have be a 'Kate' or 'Louise' like everyone else, but now I feel very lucky to not only have something different but be forever linked to my grandfather too.

20. How did you choose your blog/twitter handle?

It was an easy choice, its my name!
