I've been thinking, which is always a dangerous thing- but I have decided that I need to challenge myself. I have gotten into too much of a comfortable groove with the whole weight loss thing. I haven't dropped any kilo's for weeks- and that is solely my own fault. Lazy when it comes to thinking about what I put in my mouth- enjoying chocolate far too often and far too much, slipping in a far more regular glasses of wine or cider, when I know that to get to the healthy weight range I need to be in I must be more committed.
So, with the effervescent enthusiasm of Tatum, I have decided to join Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation once again- and that together with the fabulous training and guidance of Super Stefan and my own re-commitment to a new life- is going to be the key to creating a happier and healthier me.

Lauren, you are looking fantastic! Please don't be hard on yourself, you are totally committed and addicted to gym, and have transformed yourself in a huge way.... I'm very proud, you have worked so hard!! Get back on your wagon, but you gotta have a little indulgence too. I for one cannot speak, I indulge way too often, but you truly are inspirational!!! xxx
