Putting it out there

Why is it that all day long I am writing fabulous, funny, witty, informative blog posts in my head, but when I finally crawl into bed and turn on the computer I can not remember a single word.
Frustrating.

...

So anyway, this weekend I totally put myself on the line. In order to help out my beautiful friend Callie, I put my weight loss tale in the newspaper for the whole world to see...and it seems that it went nation wide too. I had the strangest phone call today at work from someone in Brisbane who wanted to buy my diet- I kid you not!!

Honestly I'm not at the end of the journey, potentially I'm not even half way through, but I suppose for now the most important this is that I am on it- and that I have owned up to the fact that I plan to do the Gold Coast Half Marathon in July...there is no backing out now!!!

Have you done anything lately to push yourself out of your comfort zone??

You look amazing! I've been on my own weight loss journey since June (dropped a dress size - yay! but still got another 15-20kgs to go) and in December I completed the Sussan BCNA 10km fun run - I didn't run the whole thing but never in my life did I think I would do a fun run, let alone a 10km one! Keep up the great work and you'll do fabulously xx
